If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please feel free to contact us immediately. We'll do our best to be responsible for your order and make things right.

1 Note on Return

New, unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that since all personalized items are unique custom-made products, a 30% crafting and handling fee will apply to the returns.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Even when free or discounted shipping is offered at checkout, we still cover the actual shipping costs for every order. For this reason, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

2 Returns for Damaged/Defective Items

Please attach clear photos or a short video of the damage or defect, along with a brief description of the issue.

Once we review your email, we'll issue a full refund or ship a replacement to you within 48 hours.

No Return Needed

For any damaged or defective items, please keep them. There's no need to send anything back to us once we have the required proof.

3 Returns for Non-Defective Items

We want you to love what you order! If you need to send something back for a non-quality reason (e.g: it’s not quite your style, change of mind), please ensure the items must meet the following conditions:

The product must remain in its original condition, with all labels and markings (e.g., product labels, seals) intact and undamaged.
The packaging must be intact and maintained in its original condition when returned.
The returned item must show no signs of use, and all included accessories must be complete and unused.

If you’ve decided to return an item for a non-quality reason, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Just follow these simple steps:

Email our support team at [email protected] or submit a ticket within 30 days of the delivery date to get a return authorization and the correct return address.

Send It Back

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please purchase a shipping label and send the item back to us.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund.

Important Refund Information: For returns without quality issues, a 30% crafting and handling fee will be deducted. This means you will receive a refund for 70% of the product’s purchase price.

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your return.

Please note that it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error.

For exchanges, customers may need to cover the reshipping fee, which will be communicated in advance.

Important: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Fundior is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5 Order Cancellation or Changes

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once production or shipment has begun, we may not be able to cancel or make changes. Please contact us promptly if you wish to make any adjustments.
