1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Personalized or customized items (e.g., engraved gifts, photo products) are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Submit a Request
Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return or exchange. If applicable, please include clear photos of the item to help us assess the issue.
Step 2 – Receive Instructions
Once we review your request, you’ll receive a detailed response with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Kindly do not return items to the sender’s address on the package, as that is not our warehouse and may delay processing.
Step 3 – Ship the Product Back Send the item using a trackable shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll either process your refund or send a replacement item as requested. You’ll be notified via email once your return has been completed.
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and approving your return.
Please note that it may take an additional 7–14 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error.
For exchanges, customers may need to cover the reshipping fee, which will be communicated in advance.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Fundior is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Return HandlingFee
In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee. However, if the return is not due to a product issue (e.g., change of mind), a small handling fee may apply. This will be clearly communicated during the return process.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Clear photographic evidence is required for verification.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or engraved items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without authorization
8. Order Cancellation or Changes
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once production or shipment has begun, we may not be able to cancel or make changes. Please contact us promptly if you wish to make any adjustments.
