All our items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed in the shipping & return sections tab on product page. To estimate when you will receive the order, please add the processing time to the shipping time.

1.1 Processing Time

Processing time is the time that it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.It differs from product to product. some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 1-5 business days. The estimated processing time is listed in the shipping & return sections tab on every product page.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email with tracking number and trackable links for your order so that you can get the expected delivery date from the final delivery logistics company.

We offer both standard and express shipping options. Delivery times and price vary by destination and shipping method.

2 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, product weight and size, and the chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a specific spending threshold. This threshold, if applicable, will be clearly stated on checkout page or homepage or promotional banners.

3 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. 5 Signature Requirement

Some high-value items or express shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the courier and regional regulations. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please check with your local postal service for redelivery or pickup options.

6 Order Modifications & Cancellations

7Sending Your Gifts Directly

Please feel free to order and send your gifts directly to the recipients at Fundior. We don't include invoices in our packages.
