Processing Time

Processing refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment, including item picking, quality inspection, and packaging.

Typically, processing takes 3-7 business days, though some items may need extra time.

Please note that once your order is in processing, changes or cancellations are difficult to accommodate. Nevertheless, we will do our best to fulfill your requests.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, product weight and size, and the chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a specific spending threshold. This threshold, if applicable, will be clearly stated on our homepage or promotional banners.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Commercial invoices and required documentation will be provided with all international shipments as needed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions. You may track your order either through our order tracking page or directly on the carrier’s official website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Be prepared to provide your order number, tracking information, and (in the case of damaged items) clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Signature Requirement

Some high-value items or express shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the courier and regional regulations. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please check with your local postal service for redelivery or pickup options.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
